Terms and Conditions for Live Events

 

1. SEMINAR REGISTRATION

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, until the Live Event reaches its capacity. All attendees are required to register in advance of the event.


2. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at the time of registration. The Live Event fee is listed with each event description. Multiple payment methods are acceptable, including major credit cards, (Master Card, Visa) direct credit, and business cheques made payable to Pastiche Resources Ltd. (New Zealand seminars only) Direct credit facilities are preferable to cheques.


3. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Attendees will receive a registration confirmation letter by email, when a registration is made, and payments are received in full. The confirmation letter will include all pertinent information relative to the event, including dates, times, and location.

If you need to make specific long distance travel arrangements, please do not book travel until you have received your confirmation.


4. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY ATTENDEE

Refunds will be made for cancellations greater than 30 business days in advance of the seminar start date.

Cancellations between 30 and seven days will incur a 50% penalty or credit applied to future reservations.

For cancellations within seven business days in advance of the seminar, no refunds will be made on payments received, however credits will be applied to future reservations.

If e-learning components of the training are part of the program, and you cancel attendance after you have undertaken the e-learning portion, you must pay for the portion of training already commenced or completed.

Cost of the e-learning component will be the same as if purchased separately, and not part of a bundled package. See the e-learning page for cost details.


5. CANCELLATION BY PASTICHE RESOURCES

Pastiche Resources Ltd reserves the right to modify Live Event schedules and tuition, modify seminar content and cancel events when necessary. If an event is cancelled, every effort to notify the attendee within 10 business days of the scheduled seminar date is made, and full refunds will be given.

Pastiche Resources Ltd is not responsible for any associated travel arrangements.



6. ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTIONS

Attendee substitutions can only be made prior to the start of an event.


7. CERTIFICATES

A Certificate of Completion is awarded to each attendee who successfully completes a Live Event. For successful event completion, 100% attendance is required. If a registered attendee fails to appear for a scheduled event or fails to complete the entire event, a course completion certificate will not be awarded.


8. SCHEDULE

Schedules are outlined in each of the individual Live Event descriptions.


9. TIMETABLES

Live Event start times are at 9.00 A.M. daily and conclude at 5.00 PM, unless otherwise noted. There is a forty minute lunch break each day, and a 15-minute morning and afternoon break.


10. ATTIRE

Casual attire is appropriate for the events.



11. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Attendees agree not promote products or services or solicit for business during the inclusive period of the program. (Start time to finish time each day) Exploring business opportunities with other attendees can only be undertaken outside of these hours.



12. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. We urge you to invest in travel insurance if you are traveling long distances.
